The Evaly 4th Floor workspace was designed with a clear focus on creating a productive, collaborative, and aesthetically pleasing office environment. As part of the overall Evaly office interior design, Ultimate Designs Ltd incorporated a balanced mix of modern styling and functional spatial planning to support various daily operations within the organization.
The office features a wide range of purpose-driven zones, including open workstations, private meeting rooms, conference spaces, executive cabins, a welcoming reception, and multiple collaborative areas. Each zone was designed to improve daily workflow, enhance communication among teams, and maintain a consistent corporate look across the entire office.
The open workstation area was planned to maximize usable space while maintaining comfort, flexibility, and proper circulation. Premium ergonomic furniture was used to enhance employee comfort during long working hours. The meeting rooms and conference zone were crafted with sound-friendly materials and proper acoustic balance to ensure a distraction-free professional setting. Wooden textures, modern lighting, and clean color palettes were used throughout the project to create a calm yet sophisticated workspace.
