At Ultimate Designs Ltd, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Since our products are often large and made-to-order, we have a specific return policy to ensure fairness for both the customer and the business.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or personal preference once the product has been delivered and accepted.
2. Reporting a Defect
Timeframe: Any defect or damage must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the defect along with the original purchase receipt/invoice.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must:
Be in the same condition as received.
Not have been misused, modified, or repaired by anyone other than our official team.
Include all original packaging and accessories.
4. Exchanges
If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will first attempt to repair the item at no cost to you. If the item cannot be repaired, we will offer an exchange for the same model.
5. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer cash refunds. In exceptional cases where a replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Return Shipping Fees
For confirmed defective products, Ultimate Designs Ltd will bear the cost of return shipping or pickup.
